• Own the required tool set
• Maintain a clean driving record
• Maintain personal hygiene and a professional appearance
• Willing to work overtime
• Dedicate to work each job until it is complete regardless of time or any other circumstance
• Possess the willingness to learn and apply “the Montgomery way”
• Possess some duct fabrication skills
• Possess the experience and willingness to work Residential, new construction, commercial construction, and retrofit
• Possess the ability and desire to work well with others

Installation Helper (active)

• Own these tools: hammer, tape measure, tin snips, screw driver, & battery drill
• Maintain a clean driving record and have reliable transportation to and from work
• Maintain personal hygiene and a professional appearance
• Willing to work overtime
• Posses the ability to take and follow direction/ instruction
• Possess the ability and desire to work well with others

Experienced Service Tech (active)

• Own the required tool set
• Maintain a clean driving record
• Maintain personal hygiene and a professional appearance
• Willing to work overtime
• Possess interpersonal skills (be polite, courteous, respectful, etc.)
• Posses the willingness to learn and apply “the Montgomery way”
• Posses the experience and willingness to service all make and models as well as work residential, new construction, commercial construction, and retrofit if needed
• Some commercial experience required
• Possess the ability and desire to work well with others

Maintenance Technician (active)

• Own the required tool set
• Maintain a clean driving record
• Maintain personal hygiene and a professional appearance
• Willing to work overtime
• Posses the willingness and ability to perform repetitious duties
• Posses interpersonal skills (be polite, courteous, respectful, etc.)
• Posses the willingness to learn and apply “the Montgomery way”
• Posses the willingness to work residential, new construction, commercial construction, and retrofit if needed
